  • Remote Areas: May take 7–15 business days

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

📍 Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you before confirming the order.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999 (unless otherwise mentioned)

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49–₹99 for orders below ₹999

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

📩 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

All physical products are packed securely to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and sealed carefully.

For digital goods (eBooks, PDFs, downloadable content):

  • Products are delivered instantly to your email or account dashboard after payment.

  • If not received within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

❌ Delays & Exceptions

Shipping may be delayed due to:

  • Unforeseen weather or natural disasters

  • Logistic disruptions

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided by customer

We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist in resolving such issues.

🔄 Change of Delivery Address

If you wish to update your shipping address:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Email: info.duaredokan@gmail.com with your Order ID and new address

🛑 Undelivered Orders

If a product is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Repeated delivery attempts

  • Non-availability of recipient

We will re-attempt delivery (additional charges may apply) or initiate cancellation after notifying you.
